What you'll do

• Own the job seeker profile and apply flow, including funnel KPIs and product details
• align employer product, matching, trust and safety, engineering, mobile, messaging, and legal and compliance partners
• determine how profile information is collected and used
• improve conversion from job click to application completion
• partner on application quality and employer system delivery
• monitor application, profile, and retention metrics
• design and evaluate experiments
• conduct job seeker research.
