The associate supports site operations by preparing customer orders, receiving and organizing inventory, and coordinating with partner drivers. Accurate picking, packing, food preparation where applicable, and facility upkeep help orders move efficiently from the site to customers.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor pallets
• compare inventory with purchase orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies
• manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• manage waste and spoilage using FIFO
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• scan and move products safely
• prepare and package food and beverages where applicable
• and stage or hand off orders.
