Machine Operator II

Job overview

Machine Operator II is an onsite position at the Sportworks headquarters in Monroe, WA. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. Sportworks develops transportation products intended to support active and multimodal mobility. The operator fabricates parts and subassemblies to technical drawings, meets production and quality targets, maintains safe work practices, and works with facilities and maintenance to keep equipment operating. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and customer-focused production outcomes.

What you'll do

• Operate saws, presses, drills, and other fabrication equipment
• load and unload materials
• interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• meet productivity and quality targets
• complete assigned safety projects
• maintain equipment with facilities and maintenance
• identify process improvements and kaizen opportunities
• collaborate with the team.
