What you'll do

• Answer escalated calls and assess patient care needs
• triage inbound calls and provide advice or dispatch interventions
• relay updated provider contact information
• document patient information in the agency’s electronic medical record and related systems
• remain available in the Five9 system to provide clinical guidance to supporting agents.
