Assistant Property Manager

Job overview

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA. Compensation is $25–$26 per hour; the position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. The role supports management of a 212-unit apartment community and Woodmont’s mission to provide superior service to people living and working at managed properties. Working with the Property Manager, the assistant helps manage staff, vendors, and projects while leasing apartments and responding to residents. Organized operations, marketing, and customer service support the community’s day-to-day management and resident experience.

What you'll do

• Work with the Property Manager to manage staff, vendors, and projects.
• Lease apartments to prospective residents, provide customer service to current residents, and use social media and marketing skills in support of the community.
• Maintain organization and support management of the 212-unit apartment community.

Why this role

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Two or more years of property management experience are required; a college degree is a plus.
