The Clinical Psychiatrist, Interventional Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry role is onsite in Laguna Hills, CA. Total compensation potential is $450,000–$500,000 per year, including a $200,000 base salary and RVU-based productivity incentives. Salma Health integrates brain health care, technology, and research to address brain disorders. The psychiatrist provides evidence-based care for complex and treatment-resistant conditions and helps develop and scale interventional and neuropsychiatric services. The role also supports quality improvement, clinical collaboration, and research integration.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with complex psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions
• develop treatment plans
• deliver or supervise TMS, SAINT, esketamine/Spravato, IV ketamine, and other therapies as programs expand and treatments are approved
• monitor outcomes and manage medications
• contribute to protocols, safety, quality review, and service development
• collaborate with and provide oversight to advanced practice providers
• support ATLAS implementation and serve as site PI or study physician for sponsored trials.
