What you'll do

• Travel between assigned communities to assess and support culinary operations
• coach kitchen and dining-service teams
• establish consistent culinary standards, recipes, presentation, and service expectations
• support openings, leadership transitions, staffing shortages, and operational turnarounds as needed
• support menus and modified, therapeutic, texture-modified, and allergen-sensitive meals
• monitor inventory, purchasing, waste, and portion control
• maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• conduct hands-on training and cook alongside staff.
