The Lead Field Technician, Electrical Power Systems role is onsite in Houston, TX, with regular local travel to customer sites throughout the greater Houston area. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead startup, commissioning, and acceptance testing of medium- and low-voltage switchgear, switchboards, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives
• perform electrical testing and functional verification
• interpret one-line diagrams, schematics, and control logic
• diagnose and resolve field issues
• coordinate with customers, contractors, and engineers
• prepare field service reports
• mentor junior technicians
• follow NFPA 70E and OSHA safety requirements
• travel to customer sites as required.
