Owner Contracts Manager

What you'll do

• Manage owner contract documents, agreements, and project records
• review contracts and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• monitor requirements, deadlines, insurance, and required documentation
• coordinate with project management, operations, accounting, contractors, and trade partners
• track changes, amendments, and approvals
• maintain contract logs and project files
• resolve documentation issues and support contract administration, compliance, and risk management.
