What you'll do

• Oversee daily transportation operations
• coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs
• manage operating and capital budgets
• maintain FMCSA compliance and required records
• ensure adherence to food safety and safety procedures
• use routing software to optimize routes and monitor performance
• serve as backup dispatcher as needed
• conduct route observations and customer visits
• lead, coach, and develop the team
• lead workplace safety efforts
• oversee departmental HR processes
• build stakeholder relationships.

Why this role
