What you'll do

• Provide desktop support for Windows, mobile device management, and video conferencing
• support field locations
• document recurring issues and case work in knowledge and ITSM systems
• rack and stack devices
• install Ethernet cabling
• troubleshoot basic networking
• perform move, add, change, and delete activities for LAN and voice devices
• follow critical incident processes and safety protocols.
