What you'll do

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning
• Execute preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and repairs
• Technical writing for change management
• Manage work requests
• On-site support for vendors and contractors.
