The role provides interim sales leadership and hands-on support to communities, helping drive occupancy growth and meet move-in targets through customer-focused sales, outreach, and coordination with community teams.

What you'll do

• Support assigned communities in meeting monthly sales productivity and move-in expectations
• follow up on inquiries and conduct tours, luncheons, and events
• maintain lead records and provide sales reports and forecasts
• conduct market research and competitor analysis
• build referral relationships
• coordinate apartment readiness and move-in requirements with departments
• participate in daily stand-ups
• coach and guide community sales teams.
