Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Lake Worth, FL, with pay of $17 per hour. The role creates engaging recreational and social programming to support residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Working with the Activities Director, the assistant helps plan activities and events, build relationships, and track participation and feedback to enhance residents’ quality of life.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement arts, crafts, music, exercise, and games
• collaborate with the Activities Director on activity calendars and programs
• assist with special events and resident outings
• build relationships with residents, families, and staff
• maintain participation records and activity evaluations
• contribute ideas in team meetings.
