What you'll do

• Lead and develop warehouse leads and associates
• oversee receiving, inventory, furniture preparation, and distribution
• set performance goals and monitor KPIs
• improve processes to reduce errors and damage and increase productivity
• manage inventory accuracy, organization, equipment, and budgets
• maintain safety and OSHA compliance
• collaborate with Sales, Design, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Delivery/Installation
• resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.
