The Resident Manager role is fully onsite in Chicago, IL, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and compensation of $55,000–$65,000 per year. The role oversees resident-life-cycle operations at The Teller House and The Winnie, two apartment communities operated by FLATS. The manager supports resident satisfaction and property performance from tours through move-out. The role leads and develops leasing staff, oversees leasing and renewal activity, maintains property records and reporting, and coordinates service and resident-engagement efforts.

What you'll do

• Supervise and train leasing consultants
• maintain staff schedules and approve payroll
• manage resident communications and property records
• prepare leasing and operations reports
• guide customer experience and reputation-management activity
• inspect the property
• coordinate make-ready work with the Chief Engineer
• resolve resident complaints
• organize resident events
• conduct tours and renewal conversations.

Why this role

Fully onsite, Tuesday through Saturday. A related bachelor’s degree or designation is requested; two years of management experience may be considered in place of a degree. A leasing or broker’s license, or ability to obtain one within 120 days, is required as applicable.
