What you'll do
- Configure software for client business processes and facilitate user acceptance testing
- conduct discovery sessions and document workflows, configurations, pain points, and goals
- translate business needs into product configurations with product management
- train end users and administrators
- manage engagement timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- troubleshoot configuration or technical issues
- maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
- develop standard processes and procedures.
