What you'll do

• follow recipes and preparation procedures
• maintain raw material quality
• bake and decorate products to company standards
• manage production to store demand
• rotate products using FIFO
• operate bakery equipment
• clean and sanitize production areas and equipment
• prepare special orders
• assist customers and front-of-house staff with product selection
• enter specialty cake sales information into Salesforce.
