Store Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and develop team members
• assist with hiring and retention
• lead general manager responsibilities during the GM’s absence
• address customer and employee concerns
• explain wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions
• support scheduling and daily tasks
• coordinate equipment issues with Facilities and IT
• maintain safety, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance
• use KPI tools to support membership revenue and retention
• assist with payroll review and approval.
