The Mental Health Therapist role is onsite in Aurora, IL, at a skilled nursing facility. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year, with monthly productivity-based bonus opportunities. Trio Health Partners provides proactive, whole-person healthcare to patients in skilled nursing facilities. As the primary clinical therapy provider for in-house mental health services, the therapist conducts assessments and ongoing psychotherapy, manages a caseload with at least five therapy hours daily, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. The work integrates behavioral and physical healthcare to address residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.
