What you'll do
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
- Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.
- Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking.
- Assist with meals and snacks.
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Experience
- Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
