What you'll do

• Oversee parts sales
• communicate with staff and customers about parts status
• use parts catalogs to identify parts
• answer calls and provide quotes
• review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy
• pull and fill stock orders
• conduct weekly bin checks
• notify the parts manager about shortages
• source out-of-stock parts
• bill internal parts requests to repair orders
• and receive customer payments or obtain credit authorization.
