What you'll do

• Create resident contracts and coordinate move-ins
• assist with new resident assessments
• provide tours to prospects as needed
• program pendants and activate key cards as needed
• maintain marketing materials
• communicate with residents, families, and team members
• follow up with new residents during their first week
• assist with lead-generating events
• coordinate move-in logistics, paperwork, and apartment readiness
• and support effective communication with families about residents’ care and well-being.
