Desktop Support Technician

What you'll do

• Track work through a visual task board, ServiceNow, and team meetings
• repair, test, image, and clean computers and peripherals
• troubleshoot software and hardware
• configure equipment and manage assets
• support installation, moves, additions, and changes
• follow up on tickets
• assist with server maintenance, backup, recovery, and security
• diagnose network issues
• support physical network administration
• provide in-person end-user support
• document process improvements
• assist coworkers and the Site Leader
• diagnose shop-floor PC deployments.
