Personal Trainer — In-Home

The Personal Trainer role is onsite at clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations in Chicago Ridge, IL, with compensation of $25–$45 per hour. Svetness Personal Training provides personalized in-home fitness instruction and connects trainers with clients. The trainer creates individualized programs, demonstrates exercises, and reassesses client progress every four to six weeks. The role helps clients work toward fitness goals through tailored instruction, safe exercise guidance, and ongoing progress tracking.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction
• customize workout programs based on initial assessments
• use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes
• demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance with modifications as needed
• reassess clients every 4–6 weeks
• maintain appointments through scheduling software
• commute to sessions up to 45 minutes.

Why this role
