What you'll do

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services
• recommend staff employment decisions to the director of operations
• oversee patient-care quality and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• organize care-center clinical operations
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation
• assist clinicians with patient goals and plans of care
• reassess patient needs with clinicians
• assist with staff training and resolution of concerns
• participate in the on-call process
• and may provide direct patient care infrequently in emergencies. Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, current RN license, CPR certification, at least one year of home health or hospice clinical RN experience, and at least one year of RN management experience.
