What you'll do

• Lead and develop teams
• recruit and mentor staff
• cultivate client and partner relationships
• lead projects from development through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and risk management
• coordinate interdisciplinary teams
• provide technical advice
• oversee client communication, project costs, invoicing, amendments, and change orders
• pursue new business and cross-selling
• and support staff hiring, onboarding, workload management, and performance development.
