Security Captain

Job overview

The Security Captain role is onsite in Broad Run, VA. Compensation is $32.80 per hour. Securitas provides security services to help safeguard clients’ people and assets. The Captain supervises security personnel across one or more client sites to support reliable post coverage, compliance with post orders, completed rounds, accurate reporting, and timely emergency notifications. The role also develops and oversees staff and coordinates with client representatives to meet security requirements and provide customer service.

What you'll do

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel
• ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports are filed
• notify authorities and clients during emergencies
• coach, discipline, and train staff
• assist with payroll and personnel management
• coordinate post coverage
• inspect posts
• meet with client representatives
• and perform Security Officer duties when needed.
