The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Direct Care and Assessor role is hybrid in Zebulon, NC, with in-home and community services; compensation is $70–$95 per hour. The BCBA provides behavioral analysis services and develops, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also trains paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans, supporting children’s skill development.
What you'll do
- Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings

- work with the treatment team and under direct supervision of the Executive Director and Clinical Director.
