Community Analytics Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with Community Marketing and Client Development on analytics strategy and measurement priorities
• analyze referrals, events, specialty initiatives, and local markets
• evaluate lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and program return
• own Power BI dashboards and executive reporting
• develop forecasts and success metrics
• and coordinate the Community Program Office reporting process.
