Program Coordinator, YAWL Work-Based Learning

What you'll do

• Oversee development and improvement of the Young Adult Work Link program and service model
• recommend policies and procedures
• ensure alignment with program standards and deliverables
• lead outreach and recruitment
• develop and facilitate job-readiness workshops
• coordinate subsidized internships and employer partnerships
• assess participants and provide case management and career planning
• coordinate education and workforce services
• supervise and coach program specialists
• organize career exploration events and mentoring opportunities.
