What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using evidence-based practice
• coordinate and document safe care
• partner with patients and families and communicate through interdisciplinary methods
• participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance
• complete competency assessments and required education
• support professional nursing development through precepting or mentoring
• plan care across the continuum and use resources effectively.
