Accurate estimates and clear communication contribute to repair quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles, identify damage, and write accurate estimates
• work with insurance adjusters to document, support, and authorize repairs
• photograph and document damage, supplements, and repair requirements
• communicate with customers, insurers, technicians, and management
• manage multiple repair orders
• coordinate with production to move vehicles through the shop
• deliver completed vehicles and support customer satisfaction
• protect and build the center’s reputation through customer satisfaction results.
