What you'll do

• Direct property and facilities operations
• recruit, hire, supervise, train, coach, and develop staff
• set goals and conduct performance evaluations
• oversee maintenance standards, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• advocate for capital improvements
• attend resident events as needed and resolve escalated concerns
• manage budget performance, revenue, expenses, and vendor costs
• coordinate with university partners and internal support teams
• oversee key control.
