What you'll do

• Advise the President on faculty excellence and student experience
• coordinate academic programs and faculty meetings
• lead academic faculty hiring in consultation with the President
• provide pedagogical leadership
• manage the Teaching and Learning Department
• develop and implement curriculum and policies
• coordinate curriculum implementation
• establish grading and reporting norms
• maintain student and faculty performance reports
• communicate with accreditation and authorization bodies
• lead annual Faculty Manual review
• develop and implement the student advisory program
• serve on designated leadership and board committees
• serve as an Administrator on Duty on a rotating basis.
