What you'll do
- Provide basic breastfeeding information and support within the role’s scope
- contact assigned WIC clients by telephone, text, and face-to-face clinic visits
- complete and maintain client records and electronic data
- refer clients according to clinic protocols
- assist WIC clinic staff as requested
- attend and assist with prenatal classes and breastfeeding support groups
- maintain client confidentiality and follow agency policies.
