Member Data Verification Assistant

Job overview

The Member Data Verification Assistant role is onsite in Arlington, VA, on a military base, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule later based on business needs. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The assistant contacts members to verify and update account information, maintains accurate records, and supports administrative processing. The work contributes to data integrity, confidentiality, and continuity of the client’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Contact members by phone to verify and update account information
• enter and maintain data in CRM and internal systems
• follow call guides and documentation standards
• provide professional customer service
• protect confidential personal information
• assist with mail processing, scanning, digital file management, and administrative support
• respond to general member questions
• support data cleanup and special projects
• collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training.
