The Executive Director works onsite in Cedarburg, WI. Pay is $100,000–$105,000 per year, plus a 20% annual performance target bonus. The role leads LakeHouse Cedarburg, an assisted living community within LakeHouse Senior Living, which operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The director provides strategic and operational leadership across the community. By overseeing compliance, financial performance, resident-centered services, staff development, and occupancy efforts, the role supports a safe, engaging community for residents and families.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
• ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
• manage community financials, budgets, and performance metrics
• drive NOI, occupancy, and resident engagement targets
• manage costs, labor, and collections
• champion resident-centered care
• support clinical, memory care, dining, and life enrichment programs
• lead staff hiring, training, development, and coaching
• partner with sales on occupancy and revenue
• maintain community relationships and oversee applicable assisted living and memory care requirements.

Why this role
