What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and support maintenance technicians
• prioritize work orders and assign resources
• provide hands-on technical guidance
• manage preventive maintenance and corrective work
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC-controlled, HVAC, refrigeration, hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, plumbing, and facility systems
• maintain records and support safety, food-safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
• coordinate outside service providers
• and respond to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies when operationally necessary.
