Shelter Manager — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Oversee shelter operations and policy adherence
• supervise, coach, and evaluate second-shift staff
• coordinate staffing and shift handoffs
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• train staff on HMIS functions and documentation
• coordinate with case management
• respond to crises and complaints
• review shift and incident reports
• support guest orientation and housing plans
• participate in rotating on-call coverage.
