- Manage engineering projects supporting welding, rigging, painting, and final assembly
- develop production improvements, tooling, fixtures, and processes
- support new model launches
- maintain manufacturing documentation
- coordinate equipment installations and workflow changes
- troubleshoot production issues
- participate in Lean initiatives
- support quality investigations and corrective actions
- monitor performance metrics
- and coordinate project schedules and stakeholders.
