What you'll do

• Process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• maintain employee records and organizational charts
• manage personnel files and document retention
• assist with employment verifications and employee requests
• coordinate leave and accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA
• assist with I-9 administration and audits
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• support engagement, recognition, events, and special projects.
