What you'll do

• Check patients in and out
• verify demographic and insurance information
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• answer calls and provide customer service
• explain sliding-fee and other financial programs
• collect payments and copays and maintain daily payment logs
• maintain confidentiality of medical, dental, and behavioral health records
• travel between clinics as needed.
