Plummer Youth Promise supports young adults as they transition toward independence and work to achieve stable housing and personal growth. The coordinator helps young adults find and maintain housing, build independent living skills, and navigate housing systems. Through direct support, advocacy, case coordination, and community partnerships, the role contributes to safe, stable tenancies and long-term housing stability.

What you'll do

• Support young adults in finding and securing housing
• maintain a caseload and conduct apartment visits
• coordinate searches and showings with landlords and realtors
• educate clients on applications, tenant rights, budgeting, leases, and independent living
• assist with housing transitions and safety inspections
• advocate with housing partners
• provide transportation support as needed
• participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage
• assist with minor apartment repairs as needed.
