What you'll do

• Lead safety and regulatory compliance
• develop project plans, installation approaches, logistics, sequencing, and phasing
• maintain look-ahead schedules, labor forecasts, and progress reporting
• direct field operations
• oversee structured cabling, fiber, testing, commissioning, and quality
• review drawings and resolve design gaps and field conflicts
• lead and mentor field teams
• represent construction operations in customer meetings.
