Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Site Director

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Moline, IL. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• maintain relationships with hospital medical, nursing, and administrative staff and the physician and certified nurse-midwife hospitalist team
• collaborate on clinical and operational objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and procedures
• address minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• help identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization.
