Leasing Consultant — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• respond to resident and prospect inquiries
• conduct property tours
• prepare lease and renewal documents
• assist with community events and maintenance requests
• record data in Yardi
• prepare documents and reports
• support property marketing and listing updates
• provide administrative support to the Community Director
• maintain records for affordable-housing compliance.
