What you'll do

• Grow retail and wholesale sales and relationships
• appraise, source, and purchase used vehicles
• manage reconditioning and time to lot
• set market-based inventory pricing
• oversee incentives and finance and lease structures
• hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor sales staff
• manage staffing, training, productivity, and budget
• follow up with buyers
• report to the General Manager.
