What you'll do

• Hire, develop, and guide the regional sales team
• manage regional business plans, forecasts, and sales targets
• develop accounts and communicate product value to physicians
• partner with Professional Education on clinical and training support
• maintain customer and key opinion leader relationships
• coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations
• support product complaint resolution and comply with company policies and regulations. Travel is required, with the posting stating up to 80% and expected travel of more than 50%.
