• Lead strategic projects from definition through implementation
• develop project charters, workplans, timelines, resource requirements, governance, success measures, and business cases
• identify operational challenges and design scalable workflows
• coordinate cross-functional teams through testing, deployment, training, and adoption
• support dashboards and KPI reporting
• monitor risks, dependencies, and results
• facilitate leadership decisions and maintain project governance and documentation.
